Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 to join a list, and you may join only with your own email address and phone number. Not Another Finance App is being built for families in the United States, so if you join from somewhere else, the product may not be available where you live.

Joining is free, and it's a way to hear from us first. It isn't a purchase, a reservation or a promise that you'll get access, or when, or at what price. We invite people in waves, in any order we choose, and we may change or end the program at any time.

The product is still being built. What we describe on the site may change before it launches, and some of it may never ship. If you become a customer, separate terms will cover the product.

The site shares general information about what we're building. Examples, like sample texts, dollar amounts and the example tax package, are made up to show how it could work. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and using it doesn't make us your advisor, fiduciary or accountant. For decisions about your money or taxes, talk to a qualified professional.

• What you'll get: texts about early access, like when it's your turn. A few texts, tops; message frequency varies.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. We accept US and Canadian mobile numbers.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then nothing else. You can also opt out any other reasonable way, like emailing us.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@notanotherfinanceapp.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share your mobile number or text opt-in data with anyone for marketing. See the text message section of our Privacy Policy.

If you join with your email, we'll send occasional updates about early access and the product. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

After you join, you get a personal link to share. Share it with people who'd want it, and please don't spam. Referrals don't earn money or rewards unless we say so in writing, and we may turn off links that are misused.

Joining the partner list is free, with no commitment. It doesn't create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or referral-fee arrangement, and we won't pay for referrals unless we agree in writing. You're responsible for following your own professional rules when you tell clients about us. Please don't send us a client's information; point them to the site so they can join themselves.

Please don't:

• Give false information, or someone else's contact details.
• Sign other people up without their permission.
• Use bots, scripts or scrapers to access the site or join a list.
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

The site, including its text, design, images, and the Not Another Finance App name and logo, belongs to ReadyLabs or its licensors. You're welcome to view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, sell or reuse our content or branding without permission.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything. Thank you, genuinely.

The site links to other websites, like the sources for our statistics. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The site and our lists are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be error-free, secure or always available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ReadyLabs won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the site or our lists. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or our lists is limited to $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and someone makes a claim against ReadyLabs because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, and we both agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may also use small claims court for a claim that qualifies.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or text before it takes effect. If you keep using the site or stay on a list after that, the updated terms apply.

You can leave anytime by removing yourself on our Privacy Policy page. We may remove you from a list, or stop offering the site, at any time. The sections on our content, disclaimers, liability, misuse, disputes and the rest still apply after that.

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and ReadyLabs about the site and our lists. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
